COSH is the 40-Hour mandatory course by the Occupational Safety and Health (OSHC) of the Philippines for the occupational safety and health regulations and guidance.
It tackles key OSH concepts, principles and practices that are foundational knowledge requirement in the construction industry.
The objective of this course is to protect every working man against the danger of injury, sickness, or death through safe and healthful working conditions. The standards apply to construction industry which is covered under other Standards.
The Training is recommended to the following persons: Safety officers/engineers; members of safety and health committees; supervisors; managers; and executives; HR personnel; members of productivity councils; members of labor and management committees (LCMs), workers and union members/officers.
