This program will explain how proper evaluation of training can help you to improve organizational learning, invest wisely in training and protect or increase your learning budget. The course will introduce the various models of training
evaluation and explain their advantages and disadvantages and which model is suitable for evaluating which type of training. The workshop will also show you how to calculate return on investment and establish clear connections between training and ROI.
Finally, this participatory and interactive session will discuss and expand on how to optimize knowledge transfer for maximum training success.
