The module emphasizes communication and observational skills to ensure thorough and unbiased auditing.

Module 3: Audit Report Writing & Follow-up Audit
This module provides insights into preparing detailed audit reports, documenting findings effectively, and ensuring corrective actions are monitored and implemented. Participants will also explore how to conduct follow-up audits to verify improvements and maintain compliance over time.

In a span of one year, there was a remarkable increase in its clientele to over 50 until it finally shifted its form of business into a partnership in August 2007 and expanded its name into QUALITY PLUS MANAGEMENT CONSULTING CO.

The convergence of its pool of consultants and technical staff alongside with their expertise, exposure and experiences comes with an innovation on its new image into a concrete business framework that embraces six major fields of approach to industry quality and process improvement.
