Course Description:
This Basic Food Safety for Food Handlers training is designed to provide food service workers, school canteen personnel, and other food handlers with essential knowledge and practices to ensure food safety and hygiene in compliance with Philippine
regulatory requirements. The course covers fundamental principles of food safety, proper food handling, sanitation, and hazard control to prevent foodborne illnesses.
