Digital Recruiting refers to the hiring process that leverage technology to find the right candidates for the job. This program is designed to help participants understand the importance of digital recruitment, plan and design strategies, and identify the right tools and technology to find and hire the best talents for the organization.

  •  Using AI-driven tools (e.g., chatbots, resume screeners).

 

Module III: Building Your Employer Brand Online

  •  The importance of employer branding in digital recruiting.
  •  Best practices for crafting compelling job posts.
  •  Showcasing company culture through social media.

 

Module IV: Sourcing, Engaging, and Assessing Candidates

  •  Advanced sourcing techniques (Boolean searches, hashtags, etc.).
