Online PCAB Accredited 2 days AMO Seminar for Authorized Managing Officer via Zoom

PCAB required for Application for a PCAB Contractor License
PCAB, Philippine Contractors Accreditation Board
If DTI registered, ang AMO ay ung kanino nakapangalan ang DTI Certificate.
If Corporation or Partnership, ang AMO ay designated o appointed ng board of directors or incorporators, o ng partners
If wala pang registered business, pwede pa ring magjoin sa AMO Seminar. Pinapayagan ito ng PCAB para sa mga nagpaplano pa lang magbusiness sa future.
Kailangang daluhan ang 2 buong araw na online seminar
Dapat naka-open ang camera (nakikita ka ng PCAB) at may audio ang microphone ng device na gagamitin habang nasa seminar.
- Pag nahuling hindi sumusunod, idi-disqualify ka ng PCAB (iki-kickout ka sa Zoom meeting) at hindi na marerefund ang payment mo para sa seminar, at baka ma-blacklist ka in the future.
Kailangang maipasa ang (online) AMO exam sa hapon ng day 2 upang ma-issue-han ng AMO Seminar Certificate na required ipasa sa pag-a-aplay ng PCAB Contractor License

Seminar Design:  In compliance with the following Philippine laws and issuances: Philippine contractors law primarily revolves around Republic Act No. 4566 (Contractors' License Law). ISO 9001 series 2015 is the internationally recognized standard for Quality Management Systems (QMS). Republic Act No. 11058, An Act Strengthening Compliance with Occupational Safety and Health Standards. DOLE Department Order No. 252 series 2025 – Implementing Rules and Regulations of RA 11058.

Program Rationale:  The Authorized Managing Officer (AMO) Seminar is a mandatory and essential program for individuals designated as AMOs of construction firms. It equips participants with a clear understanding of their roles, duties, and accountability in ensuring compliance with PCAB rules, licensing requirements, and applicable construction laws. The seminar also provides important updates on current regulations and industry standards to help firms maintain their legal standing and avoid penalties.

By attending the AMO Seminar, participants enhance their management, leadership, and governance competencies, enabling them to effectively oversee company operations and construction projects. This training supports PCAB’s objective of promoting professionalism, regulatory compliance, and quality performance in the Philippine construction industry, while ensuring that construction firms remain qualified, competitive, and properly licensed.

General Objectives:   The AMO Seminar aims to provide participants with a clear understanding of the roles, responsibilities, and legal accountability of an Authorized Managing Officer under PCAB rules and relevant construction laws. It seeks to familiarize participants with PCAB licensing requirements, regulatory compliance, and current policies, ensuring that construction firms operate within established standards.

The seminar also aims to enhance the AMO’s management, leadership, and governance competencies, enabling effective oversight of construction operations, ethical decision-making, and organizational control. Ultimately, the program supports the promotion of professionalism, quality performance, and sustainable practices in the Philippine construction industry while helping firms maintain compliance and eligibility with PCAB.
