Who is an AMO?
It is a position in businesses that engage in contracting, such as construction.
The seminar is open to anyone, regardless of age or nationality.

For DTI registered business, the AMO is the person whose name appears on the DTI Certificate. For Corporation or Partnership, the AMO is designated by the incorporators or partners. For Pakyaw License, the AMO must be at least 18 years old.

Who is qualified? Whether the business or company is already existing or not, the AMO as described above are qualified to join the seminar.

How to Register and Secure a Slot

2. You are required to upload 2 requirements: 2 x 2 picture in white or any plain background, and 1 valid government-issued ID
3. Pay the registration fee. Please keep a screenshot of your proof of payment (for your reference).

After registration and payment, please check your email inbox. Read the emailed instructions to validate the payment made. You must validate your payment as soon as you receive the instruction, to secure your slot. Your registration will expire or lapse if you failed to validate the payment.

Additional Information
PCAB stands for Philippine Contractors Accreditation Board. By law, all contracting companies, general contractors and subcontractors, must have a PCAB Contractor License. Without the PCAB License, the business is illegally operating and has been tagged as fly-by-night business.

Attending the seminar is important for those who want to secure a PCAB Contractor License. The seminar provides essential information on the legal and regulatory requirements for contractors and their obligations as license holders. Compliance with PCAB contractor license requirements is essential for contractors to operate legally and ensure that their work meets high standards of quality and safety.

An AMO is required by PCAB to complete the COSH Training, Construction Occupational Safety and Health. Ask us for schedule this month.

The STE or Sustatining Employees of the company are required to complete the 40 hours COSH Training in compliance with PCAB Contractor License requirements.

FOR FOREIGNERS (UNDERSTANDS ENGLISH ONLY)
All presentations are in English...NOTE that the training is facilitated in TagLish, Tagalog English as 99% of the participants are Filipinos. You are still welcome and qualified to complete your AMO Seminar but make sure you have someone to aid you in understanding the lecture discussions so you can pass the AMO exam on day 2.
