We adapt strategic directions to changing business environment.
We establish or design improvements to our management system suitable to these changes.
Implementation guidelines also change. The checking function will also have to adapt to these changes, mainly Internal Audits.
Internal Audits should see Innovations so that they can be of bigger value to audit clients, auditees, auditors and anyone affected by their results.
The 2-day training shall feature papers on Internal Audit Innovations by the DTI-PAB Director, Heads of leading Certification Bodies and Rosehall Senior Consultants.
