COCHA Centre of Culinary Hotel Arts Training and Assessment Inc. was established in 2011. It is located at 2nd Floor Lourdes Arcade Building #986 Tandang Sora Avenue., Old Balara, Quezon City. We offer wide variety
of courses like Culinary Skills and Hotel Management. We offer courses that are accredited by Technical Education Skills Development and Authority (TESDA) such as Housekeeping, Food and Beverages Services, Bar Operations, Commercial Cooking and Bread and Pastry.
We also offer Security Courses such as Security Services NC-I for New Guards and Security Service NC-II for Renewal Guards. Our faculties are trained Overseas and TESDA Accredited also to impart the best training and International exposure of our students.
COCHA is TESDA Certified Institution for professional teaching.
Our main aim is to provide our Chef Students the best of Asian Culinary Skills that make them confident to work around the globe in various establishments like the Asian Kitchen in Five Star Hotels, Specialty Restaurants,
International Cruise Lines, International Hospital Restaurants, Airlines Catering and Golf Club Resorts etc. Chef career is very promising line to be pursued. There are increasing demands of Professional Chefs around the world.

Our courses are formulated and planned by award winning Asian Chef all over Asia. We have structured our courses based on Asia and Global Hotel industry demand. We are also one of the culinary schools that focus on the teaching
of authentic Asian Cuisines, Fusion and Organic Cooking. We offer exclusive and intensive culinary programs and our faculties are from overseas to impart the best training and International exposure of our students. We have given vital importance in designing
the training kitchen for the students. We are happy to provide the State of Art Technology Kitchen for the students. All the kitchen equipments are fabricated in stainless steel and purchased from the pioneer kitchen suppliers of the Philippines. The selection
of the kitchen equipments was consulted with Asian Expatriate Chefs for the perfection of the cooking.

soon to be migrated to COOKERY NC II. The courses are well designed in all areas so that the students get the advantage of the fundamentals of Hospitality Industry. In the future, we are planning to tie up with other Overseas Colleges in Asia
