Philippine Heavy Equipment Operator and Assessment Training Center Inc. was established on February 19, 2022 however the TESDA accreditation was approved on December 23, 2022.
Our school is a realization of Mr Elpidio S Castillo’s dream and passion to help his fellow Filipinos who are in need of job and training to qualify for their dream job.
Philippine Heavy Equipment Operator and Assessment Training Center Inc. is a school accredited by TESDA that deals with the training of Heavy Equipment Operation, Driving, Welding and Carpentry is also included in its course.
Our 1st Scholarship Program was awarded by TESDA last May 2, 2023 with a duration of One Hundred Eighty-One (181) Hours for Heavy equipment Operation Hydraulic Excavator with RQM4-2023-TWSP-0458-0001 that commence from May 10, 2023 to June 9, 2023.
