This national certification assessment is for qualified Road Roller operator only who has work- experience or undergone a training course. He/she should present certificate of employment or certificate of training before he/she can apply for assessment.
When you passed the assessment you can get your NC II certificate within 5 working days.

Philippine Heavy Equipment Operator and Assessment Training Center Inc. is a school accredited by TESDA that deals with the training of Heavy Equipment Operation, Driving, Welding and Carpentry is also included in its course.
Our 1st Scholarship Program was awarded by TESDA last May 2, 2023 with a duration of One Hundred Eighty-One (181) Hours for Heavy equipment Operation Hydraulic Excavator with RQM4-2023-TWSP-0458-0001 that commence from May 10, 2023 to June 9, 2023.
