Course Rationale:
This training course is designed primarily as a basic guide for employees as they go and grow through their career journey leading them to become an effective value creator in the workplace. This training will provide awareness and direction for the employees to know their purpose to direct their work life, put value in their work, and align their personal values to the corporate values.
This training course will allow employees to learn and unlearn things relating to workplace situations. Furthermore, this will guide them in their decision making in the workplace as they align both their personal and corporate values. Lastly, the employees will commit to an action plan to personal growth and valuable contribution in the workplace.

10-20 participants - P1,000 per participant
21- above participants - P950.00 per participant
For training outside Metro Manila, the client has the option to choose either to shoulder the accommodation or the training provider will add it to the bill together with the transportation and toll fee.
