Your Beginner's Basic iYoga* for Individuals is a series of iYoga* exercise sessions done at our iYoga* venue every Saturday mornings as an introduction into well-being for busy city-folk who need to relax, recover, rejuvenate and revive.
The iYoga* exercise combines martial arts breathing exercises with slow yoga postures and relaxation techniques that activate metabolism and the body’s natural capacity to heal and regulate itself bringing increased vitality supporting overall fitness, function
and wellbeing.

Facilitated by an iYoga* instructor over a certain period, participants attain their health, fitness, beauty and wellness goals in a short amount of time.
Program is beginner-friendly and does not require any prior knowledge of yoga or that students be in any sort of physical-fitness level before they begin. Current physique and condition is perfect to begin.
It is science and bloodtype-based so does not require students to be vegetarian, ascetic, "spiritual," "advanced," or religious or in any sort of orientation before they can practise or for the program to take effect and for students to enjoy
the health benefits.
It is student-centered and goal-based so may be incorporated as a physical fitness or medical program integrated with the student's fitness regimen and may be done in collaboration with the student's medical doctor complementing any ongoing
medical treatment or procedure for the aversion and curbing of any ailment/dis-ease.
It is instructor-guided so the principles are explained and students are guided slowly so they appreciate and understand the process towards the realization of their wellness aspirations in ease, safely, surely, supportively and enjoyably.
Doctors and medical insurance and wellness providers may incorporate the program as part of their wellness offering for clients to complement their wellness service/benefit for groups in support of living well today.

Yi took up Yoga Meditation and went to India in 1998 to learn the benefits of vegetarianism, positive thinking and stress-free living to one’s well-being. In 2002 she learned Sivananda and Ashtanga Yoga and a year after began teaching in international spas and gyms as Mandala Spa & Villas in Boracay and Slimmers World International all over Metro Manila promoting health and fitness. She is the signature model for Waicoco Swimwear and Mandala Spa & Villas and has won several awards in fitness and beauty pageants including the Slimmers World International Great Bodies competition where she placed in the top 5 and garnered several awards including Ms. Great Skin, Ms. Nutrilite and Ms. Nestle Fitness. She is a TV personality appearing as a paranormal investigator for the ABS-CBN and Studio23 show, “Nginiiig: The Hidden Files” and sportscaster for the Solar Sports weeknights show, “The Desk.” She has appeared as a guest in several local and cable TV networks regarding the mind, one’s health and beauty, yoga, and was a spokesperson for the Nestlé Wellness Tours in 2006. In 2009 she was awarded as Nesvita's 10 Most Beautiful.
Yi is the Chief Instructor for i-Yoga* The Integrated Yoga Wellness Program, concentrating her abilities on health and leading programs that train people to achieve their health, wellness and beauty ideals.
i-Yoga* integrates ancient and scientific health techniques and disciplines that support vitality, immunity, the brain, nervous system and the body, securing wellness now and in the long-term. The program is taken to companies and offices making
it easy for hectic individuals to incorporate health into their itinerary for lasting lifetime results. Under the aegis of THE Ruel Ruiz, and together with senior instructors, Yi concentrates her abilities in helping people achieve their optimum vitality and
fitness through mind-body wellness workshops, lectures and exercise programs.
