This workshop will teach each participant the industry standards and tips for formatting your actor resume, what to look for when choosing your headshot, how to put together an acting reel that will keep their attention, how to network on social media to get jobs, what to expect at an audition, how to slate for the camera, how to conduct yourself at auditions and on set, and where to look to find jobs.

International Academy of Film and Television - Cebu, Philippines is a film school that delivers an educational experience that reflects Hollywood roots and traditions. Founded in 2004, IAFT Cebu is celebrating it's 10th anniversary, offering Certificate and Diploma programs that include significant amounts of hands-on practical experience under the care and guidance of recognized industry mentors. The Film School has a specialized curriculum that combines theory with practical application under the mentorship of leading industry professionals. In addition to its finely tuned Certificate and Diploma programs in Filmmaking, 3D Animation, and the Performing Arts, IAFT often conducts various Short-Term Workshops on topics such as film-making, acting and more.

IAFT Cebu is also accredited by the United States Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), and is eligible to accept students from the US military under various VA programs including the Chapter 30, Chapter 31, Chapter 33(otherwise known as the Post 9/11 GI Bill), Chapter 35 program and the Veterans Retraining Assistance Program (VRAP)program. Eligible members of the Armed Forces may now apply for IAFT’s various Filmmaking, Acting and Animation programs and be granted up to the full amount in tuition fees, as well as a housing allowance and a stipend for books and supplies. ...
