Innovate is an HR meetup community spearheaded by Sprout Solutions and co-presented by engageSPARK. This is designed to provide an avenue for HR practitioners and stakeholders to learn, meet, and network with some of the great minds in the industry with
the goal of finding out new ways of doing HR in the Philippines.

With more and more organizations relying heavily on HR to align and to deliver the company's objectives to each business units, it is now a necessity for HR Professionals to be strategic. Joe Salomon and Rosanna Macalalad will share their expertise and experiences as HR Business Partners.
The speakers, Joe and Rosanna, are both experienced HR Business Partners in their organizations. Joe was the Lead HR Business Partner of Rockwell Primaries for two years. And, Rosanna is the Strategic HR Partner of IBM here in the Philippines. They will share their knowledge, as well as personal experiences, as HR Business Partners.
