Mr. Joey Mallari is known as The Corporate Mechanic. He specializes in looking at businesses, identifying gaps and problem areas, and providing recommendations on how to improve performance. He has a strong business acumen and can provide solutions that are both innovative and practical.

Mr. Mallari is also a highly sought-after speaker and trainer on various management, business, and IT related topics. He has developed various courses being used by several training institutions and has been conducting trainings since 2005.

Currently, Mr. Mallari is the President of Crossworks Training and Consulting Corp., a management and leadership training & consulting company that focuses on providing training programs using alternative learning strategies to improve engagement and retention. He was also previously the Vice President for Corporate Strategy of SAS Management, Inc., a leading Management Consulting and Education Services Company in the Philippines. He was previously a Launch Director for Asurion HK, and has spent around 16 years in the IT industry for companies like Novare Technologies, Lawson Software (Infor), Interpharma Asia-Pacific (Zuellig Pharma), Trend Micro, RCG Global Services, and Corporate Information Solutions. His portfolio of project experience spans Asia, Europe, the Americas, and ANZ.

Mr. Mallari is also a certified Project Management Professional (PMP®) since 2005 and is one of the few professionals globally to hold PMP®, PRINCE2®, and Agile Project Management certifications. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering from the Mapua Institute of Technology, a Post-Graduate Diploma on Supply Chain Management from De La Salle – College of St. Benilde, and an Executive Masters in Business Administration (EMBA) from the Asian Institute of Management.
