We've heard people say, "Oh, gosh it's Monday again," or "Thank God, it's pay day!" These sigh of grief is typical to people who go to work each day. With this kind of attitude to work, we are not to wonder why progress is sluggish. 

This module focuses on bringing back the passion at work. Working people spend most of their waking time at work. Therefore, if they are not passionate at work they are not passionate enough in life.

Principles will be given that puts life back to work.

This module will inspire the participants to work effectively, efficiently, and ethically.

METHODOLOGY
What sets this module apart from all the others is that its practical and fresh way of instilling the right workplace values in the minds and hearts of the participants. 

The speaker will mix wisdom, humor, creative lectures, facilitated-based discussions, and relevant-fun games.

Languages of instruction are English and Filipino.

Mr. Arun Gogna - National and International Motivational Speaker

He holds a Bachelor's degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering from De La Salle University. He is a former Theology professor at the De La Salle College of St. Benilde where he taught for ten years. 

He acquired his Masters in Theology Degree from Don Bosco Center of Studies, where he graduated Magna Cum Laude. He is the founder of CreativeHouse Inc., an organization specializing in trainings, values formation seminars for companies, schools, universtities and organizations. 

He has been invited as a resource speaker for the association of Filipino Franchisers Inc., Jollibee Foods Corp., SM, Globe Telecom, Smart Communications, Philippine Airlines, PMFTC Inc., NU Skin, Insurance Companies such as Philamlife, Sun Life, Manulife, Bank Corporations such as Citibank, Metrobank and Land Bank, to name a few.

He is also a recording artist. He is married to an Orthodontist, Dr. Lallain Lucas-Gogna and a Father to Andrea Helene Gogna and Yohan Gabriel Gogna. They live in Paranaque City, Philippines.
