Supervisory Development Program

Description:
This two-day program heightens participants’ leadership sensibilities. It makes use of structured learning exercises (SLE), individual and group work, and focus group discussions.

Objectives:
This program helps participants:
1. Gain appreciation of a more systematic approach to managing an organization unit;
2. Identify innovative practices in their day-to-day activities as individual leaders;
3. Identify and prepare action steps to lead their team toward excellent team performance.
