Duties and Responsibilities:

Inventory Control of all maintenance, Marine processing plant supplies and materials.

Responsible in ordering all required technical parts and consumables including assessment of all requirements should be within the needed specifications of all equipment’s, machineries.

Coordinate all incoming and all back loading supplies materials and equipment required for optimization of operation.

Assign delivery schedule as per requirement, make follow up to purchasing or to vendor if necessary and track all shipments.

Maintain the budget allocated on each component, areas and report all budget discrepancies such as incorrect charges etc.

In charge in the incoming materials (receiving and inspection) and coordinate all back loading supplies, parts, material parts, consumables should be properly stored complete with labels.
