Bianca is a professional development trainer & speaker based in NYC. Bianca's experience in both in-house corporate training and consulting for non-profits and individuals has made her adept in designing and developing experiential, personalized, just-in-time learning initiatives. Bianca is also the co-founder of NYC-MNL Speakers Summit, Bold and Brilliant Life and serves as the VP of Education at New York Toastmasters. As her day job, she works for a global marketing communications agency as a Learning & Development professional. She is a proud rescue dog mom, always has a book hangover and considers coffee as the cure.
Hershey Pamela Buena
Hershey is an Independent Learning and Development Consultant and Coach based in Manila, Philippines. Her passion and expertise are in developing individuals and teams to recognize their strengths, and leverage these to achieve their career aspirations and goals.
Hershey has led and created various courses on leadership, communication, time management, presentation skills, change management, interpersonal skills, goal setting, customer service, feedback, etc. She has facilitated over 100 workshops both in the Philippines and in other countries in Asia.
She is an eco warrior, engages in badminton and dance workouts to get fit, and bakes her own cookies for a sweet fix.

She has been a practitioner of learning and development for over a decade and has facilitated over 100 workshops both in the Philippines and other Asian countries. She has worked on various courses on leadership, personal effectiveness, communication, interpersonal skills, performance management, and change management, to name a few.
Outside her profession, she enjoys playing badminton, baking, and engaging in her weekly dance workout. She is also an eco warrior with an advocacy towards zero-waste.
