All of those programs on 'Managing Millennials' and 'Leading Millennials' have actually backfired. Rather than integrating Millennials, it only made them feel isolated, with the older generations looking defensive and territorial. Some Millennials have even come to hate the labeling and homogenizing. The truth is, bridging the generation gap is all about winning trust, and this effort needs to come from both sides of the generational spectrum.

Older and younger generations have much to offer one another. The key is learning how to build a convergent workforce.
