A CPA by profession. He was once a Division Sales Manager for Avon Cosmetics, Inc. and was appointed as a Financial Controller. He was the Country Manager for Indonesia of the Malaysian Marketing firm called Berjaya Cosway, where he was awarded for his achievement upon reaching their first billion sales; and then later on, as the Global Operations Director of Dynapharm Philippines, another Malaysian firm.

He was also at one time the Chief Finance Officer of Potato Corner and was appointed as the General Manager of Electro Group. Currently, he is the Manager Director - Resource Management Adviser of the management consultancy firm T.P. Estacio.
