With 17 years of combined experience in various industries and companies (both Local-based and Multinational), JB is the current HR Business Partner of Pride Consulting Group, Inc. in Makati City (www.prideconsulting.com.ph), Lead Consultant and
Proprietor of JBTizon Consultancy which is in partnership with ISIP (Innovative Studies in Proficiencies), Corp. in QC and the Marketing & Advertising Program Chair of National University (NU) Laguna [SM Group Affiliate].
He also serves as HR and Marketing Consultant of companies located in the following business areas/districts: LISP I, II and III; CIP I and II; Makati City and (BGC) Taguig City.
He was a member of the DILG: LGRRC Multi-Sectoral Advisory Committee (MSAC), Philippine Society for Training and Development, People Management Association of Laguna (PMAL) and Laguna Chamber of Commerce, Inc. (LCCI).
As Trainer, Administrator, Entrepreneur, Consultant and Business Professor both in the Collegiate and Graduate Studies, his foundation in the areas of Human Resource Management and Development, Marketing and Strategic Management is complemented by his studies of AB Philosophy, UST – PDCIS and Master in Business Administration, Philippine School of Business Administration (PSBA).
JB started with Ayala Group of Companies' Banking & Finance sector: Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI), as part of its Marketing Group [International Banking: Remittance Business Division (RBD)] before his stints as Operations/Marketing Manager, Corporate Human Resource (HR) Department Manager, Learning (Training) and Development Manager and Specialist, HR Director, Marketing Director and Consultant in various industries such as Academe, Automotive, Banking and Finance, Construction and Fabrication, Engineering, Real Estate, Professional Services, Healthcare, BPO, HR Services and Management/Business Consulting.
