Get to know just what you need to get things going! Project Management Essentials is a two-day activity based, learner centered course on project management. This is the ideal course for project managers who have little or no formal training on project management. It is based on the A Guide to the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK)® Guide 6th Edition, the de facto global standard on project management. Participants are immersed in real world simulations using typical project management tools and techniques in a gamified environment for optimum learning, retention, and fun. You will not find a project management course in Metro Manila quite like this.

At the end of this course, the participant should be able to:

  • Describe the basic concepts of project management
  • Describe the different roles and responsibilities of the Project Manager, the PMO, and the Project Stakeholders
  • Know the essential deliverables commonly used during Project Initiation
  • Know the essential activities and deliverables during Project Planning
  • Know the essential activities and deliverables during Project Execution
  • Know the essential activities and deliverables during Project Monitoring and Controlling
  • Know the essential activities and deliverables during Project Closing

Course Fee is inclusive of AM/PM snacks, lunch, access to the xworks learning management system, digital course materials, and course certificates. This course also earns the participant 16 PDU’s/Contact hours towards PMI certification/renewal

Standard Fundamental Project Management courses are offered at Php 25k. We are offering this course at Php 20k AND its based on the 6th Edition of the PMBOK Guide.
