Leadership Excellence

Program Overview:
This one (1) day workshop will give you a good insight (and refresher) on the different facets of leadership that everyone of us should be aware of especially at this day and age. Though we’ve learned a lot from our bosses or those who have a lot of experience, the traditional norm of leadership has evolved already. What we now aspire is to drive self-direction, personal accountability and servant leadership. This will be a mixture of lecture and activities that will support our intent to change our mindset on leadership.
