The virtual workshop aims to equip new line managers with the fundamental management competencies required for getting their job done and contributing expected results by the organization.
The program will be divided into three parts: The Role of Line Managers, Managing the Work (Planning and Controlling functions), and Leading the Team (Organizing and Leading functions). To align content with expectations, participants will be required to submit pre-work outputs which will be the springboard for discussions for the topics.
Upon completion of the program, participants will be equipped in effectively and efficiently leading their teams in performing the work and delivering the results expected.
